Through our new five-year strategy, Building a Brighter Future for Scotland, the needs and aspirations of vulnerable people drive our work as we aim to fund, support and champion small and local charities as they work tomake a difference across the communities they serve.
- Energise offers two tiers of unrestricted funding: £20k over two years for charities with income under £50k, and £40k over two years for those earning £50k–£150k. This flexible funding can cover core, delivery, project or running costs, helping charities respond quickly and allocate resources where they’re needed most.
- Empower provides unrestricted funding, giving charities flexibility to cover essential costs and respond quickly to challenges. Grants are distributed for a period of between 3-5 years and can support core, delivery, project or running costs. In partnership with Lloyds Banking Group, we also offer added value through strategic development support and colleague volunteering to help charities grow and thrive beyond their grant
- Enable is an innovative, joint grants programme in collaboration with Lloyds Banking Group and is aimed at boosting community volunteering. Funding will be provided to charities to support projects delivered through volunteers, with Lloyds Banking Group colleagues across Scotland volunteering their time and skills to help deliver the projects and support the charities.
